  • 500–600 g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Zest of ½ lemon (optional but delicious)
  • ½ cup chicken broth (or white wine)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Shrimp

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Sear the Shrimp

  • Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large pan.
  • Add shrimp in one layer.
  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until they turn pink and slightly golden.
  • Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce

In the same pan:

  • Add remaining butter.
  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds (don’t brown it).
