
🥓🧀 Baked Ham, Cheese & Egg Cups (Muffin Tin Recipe)
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or meal prep
🧾 Ingredients (6 cups)
- 6 slices ham (or bacon / turkey ham)
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Emmental, or parmesan)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: chopped parsley or dill, paprika, chili flakes
👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
- Lightly grease a muffin tin
- Line each cup with 1 slice of ham, pressing it into the shape
- Add 1–2 tablespoons grated cheese into each cup
- Carefully crack one egg into each
- Season with salt & pepper
- Bake for 15–18 minutes
- 15 min → soft yolk
- 18 min → firmer yolk
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm 🌿
🔁 Variations
- 🥬 Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers
- 🥓 Use crispy bacon instead of ham
- 🧀 Add cream cheese or feta for extra creaminess
- 🍞 Serve on toasted bread or English muffins
🥗 Tips
- Let rest 2 minutes before removing from tin
