INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 potatoes, grated
  • Spring onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Cheese to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grate the potatoes and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped spring onions, bell pepper, grated carrot, beaten eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
