Grated Potato Snack – Better Than Pizza!
This simple and delicious recipe is a quick, budget-friendly alternative to pizza! It’s a savory treat made with grated potatoes and topped with your favorite veggies and cheese. Perfect for a snack or even a meal!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 potatoes, grated
- Spring onions, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 glass of milk
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Cheese to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, chopped spring onions, bell pepper, grated carrot, beaten eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cheese to your liking and mix well.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly across the tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
