Easy Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks (Ready in 20 Minutes!)
These cheesy garlic breadsticks are quick, delicious, and incredibly simple to whip up! Perfect as a side for soups and salads, or served solo with a bowl of marinara sauce for dipping. Best of all, they’re ready in under 20 minutes from start to finish!
Ingredients:
- 1 (10 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, and a dash of salt and pepper over the dough.
- Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough into breadstick shapes — 7 strips lengthwise and 3 strips across. (No need to separate them yet.)
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Re-cut along the lines, remove from the baking sheet, and serve warm.
- Pair with marinara sauce for dipping — if you can resist eating them straight from the pan!
