Instructions

- In a bowl, mix:
- Warm milk
- Yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Let it rest for 10 minutes until foamy.

- In a large bowl, combine:
- Flour
- Remaining sugar
- Salt
- Poppy seeds
- Add eggs and yeast mixture.
- Knead until combined.
- Add the soft butter gradually and knead for 8β10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

- Divide dough into 4 equal pieces.
