Ingredients:
3 eggs,
75 g of sugar
, vanilla sugar,
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
150 g of flour,
100 g of melted butter,
3 apples.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Preparation:
For the flour:
Place the sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat the eggs.
Mix the baking powder with the flour and gradually add it to the eggs. Continue stirring. Then add the melted butter and mix.
Peel and dice the apples. Grease a baking sheet and place the apples on it (if desired, sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon). Pour the mixture over the apples and level the surface. Click to go to the next page.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°F (350°C) for 30-45 minutes (cooking time may vary; check for doneness with a toothpick before taking out of the oven). Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
