
๐ฅ๐ง Baked Ham, Cheese & Egg Cups (Muffin Tin Recipe)
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or meal prep
๐งพ Ingredients (6 cups)
- 6 slices ham (or bacon / turkey ham)
- 6 eggs
- ยฝ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Emmental, or parmesan)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: chopped parsley or dill, paprika, chili flakes
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180ยฐC / 350ยฐF
- Lightly grease a muffin tin
- Line each cup with 1 slice of ham, pressing it into the shape
- Add 1โ2 tablespoons grated cheese into each cup
- Carefully crack one egg into each
- Season with salt & pepper
- Bake for 15โ18 minutes
- 15 min โ soft yolk
- 18 min โ firmer yolk
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm ๐ฟ
