Broccoli and Bacon Cheddar Skillet

Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the pan. - Sauté the Broccoli:
