Easy Beef and Noodle Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups egg noodles or any noodle of your choice
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the peas, diced tomatoes (with juices), soy sauce, and oyster sauce (if using) to the pan. Stir to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes, until heated through.
