Ingredients:
°1 lb. minced meat
°1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
°2 tablespoons of butter
°1 yellow onion, chopped
°1/2 chopped green pepper
°24 rolls of egg roll
°12 slices of American cheese
°3/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
PREPARATION:
Heat a fry pan over medium heat. Cooking beef, chopping as little as possible, until browned also about the size of a pea, 5 to 7 mn. Adding Worcestershire sauce, salt also pepper. Gently stirring, then remove the mix from the pan.
Melting butter in the skillet. Adding onions and pepper. cooking and stirring to golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes. Returning beef mixture to the skillet and stirring to combine. Letting filling cool while preparing rolls.
