Revitalizing Beet and Lemon Juice

Ingredients:

  • 6 kale leaves
  • 3 carrots, cleaned and peeled
  • 2 red apples, chopped
  • 1 beetroot, cleaned and peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • A 2.5 cm slice of ginger

Instructions:

  1. Pour one or two cups of water into a blender.
  2. Add all the prepared ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture using a sieve to extract the juice.
  4. Stir the juice thoroughly with a spoon.
  5. For a refreshing touch, add a few ice cubes to your juice.
  6. Store any leftover juice in a glass jar and refrigerate to maintain freshness.

Important Precautions:
