Stuffed Peppers with Cheese & Sesame Seeds
Ingredients:
- Red and yellow bell peppers
- Mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
- Black sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- Stuff each pepper half with mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top for added crunch.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute before serving.
These are the perfect finger food, simple yet delicious!
