super easy peach cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • One 15 oz. can of sliced peaches, drained

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the melted butter into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk. Mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
  5. Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the batter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
