📝 Ingredients

1 can of coconut milk 🥥

1 can of condensed milk 🥛

1 can of evaporated milk 🥄

4 eggs 🥚

1/2 cup of sugar 🍯

1/2 cup of grated coconut 🌴

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F).

2️⃣ Prepare the candy:

In a pan, heat the sugar over medium heat until it melts and drink a golden tone.

Pour the caramel into a flan mold and distribute it through the bottom before it hardens.

3️⃣ Prepare the flan mixture:

In a large bowl, beat coconut milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs and grated coconut until you get a homogeneous mixture.

4️⃣ Pour the mixture into the mold with the caramel.

Cover the mold with foil.

Place it inside a tray with hot water (for Maria’s bath).
